Voicemail Tone Issues

Customer is complaining that the tone to leave a message for personal/Workgroup MBX is not loud enough or not long enough. As of now I know that there is nothing that be done for the customer.

Dale, i recommend you contact Technical Support or your partner if you have not done so. this does not appear to be normal.

Brian Lynch, I have the same issue where clients don't sometimes don't hear the tone, so they don't leave a message. It comes across as 1/4 of a second of static.

Try increasing the db gain on the T1 switch.
