Oaisys Recording software suppressing ringback tone

Hi. We have installed Oaisys software at a customer site that is using SIP trunks for breakout. The ringback tone is not being heard when making a call out, after a while you will just hear someone answer the phone. Using BRI lines, everything is fine, it is only on the SIP lines that this issue arises.

Has anyone come across this before where the ringback tone has been supressed, and if so, is there something to try in order to resolve this. We have been in contact with TAC, and they have escalated, just waiting on a response now.
