CDR WorkGroup Report

Number of rings per agent per WG call. I cannot seem to figure out how to consolidate the the number of rings to an agent to only count each call. Basically if a call come a workgroup. 2 Agents are logged in and it rings each of them 4 times while it is in the queue.

I have 4 RING NO ANSWER (RNA) per agent. I only want the data to show 1 NOW answer. I cannot seem to figure out how to consolidate the connect and call records to show this.
