ShoreTel Integration with Fujitsu F9600 - Time Out issues

All,

We are working on a ShoreTel - Fujitsu F9600 Integration.

As it stands...our communication between the ShoreTel and Fujitsu F9600 system is now working bothways. Our issue now is that on the Fujitsu side the trunks time out in the night when the system becomes idle or is not in use...then it shuts down due to a 'long idle' condition.

Anyone familiar with this problem or has integrated the two systems together before that could assist?

sounds like a configuration issue on the 9600. give me a call if you need someone to help you with that.
