Ability to add / change CHM names

We would like to see the ability to add additional Call Handling Modes into the system, and be able to edit the names of the current ones.

I would like to see this at the Director level for an entire organisation, not the Communicator level.

This is some feedback we are getting from our internal users after moving from a different UC system that had more call handling modes or statuses.
