Salesforce.com Call Center Adapter Issue

Salesforce.com Call Center Adapter is having some issue. We have installed in total 7 Systems in which 4 are working fine. In remaining 3 machines the following issue is there. Based on the troubleshooting our observations are as follows:
We are able to install and integrate in 3 Agent PC's (Sonali, Harsha, Suhasini).
However the Salesforce is unable to connect to the CTI adapter when we are logging in through Agent's login access on all of those 3 PC's.
1. When we are logging in through domain admin access (GPNEST) adapter is integrating perfectly with Salesforce.
2. We are facing this issue only when we login through User's login access in the same desktops.
3. In one of the Agent's (Swarupa) PC Salesforce adapter is working fine. 4. When we are logging in through Swarupa's login access in those 3 PC's for testing purpose, adapter is working fine.
5. However for testing when we are logging in to Swarupa's desktop through any of the login access of those 3 agents (Sonali, Harsha, Suhasini) where the issue is there, the same issue is replicating in Swarupa's desktop.

All are domain users.

We are suspecting the issue is because of domain rights.
