Uptivity Call Recording - Quick Look says Lost Communications

We are adding Uptivity VM for call recording. We have loaded the 2012 server ShoreTel_14.2_Remote_Server_19.42.6503.0 Then setup HQ with a Route-Point and added the DVS server, and last went to the Class of Service for the users to be recorded and clicked the box: Allow Recording of Own Calls.
Now.. If I look at "Connectivity" it is good/Green. If I look at DVS services, they are all good but.. Quick Look shows Lost Communications / service Unknown .... If I click on the DVS from this window that shows all the status OK and services running? Bug ?? Anyone else run into this ??
