How easy is it to dump raw caller data from Shoretel?

I do not use or have installed Contact Center but some in my organization have asked can we track stats on the phone usage of various members? Specifically, the number of Calls received by a member, and the # of those that were (1) Answered and (2) went to voicemail? Just wondering, as it would eventually be good data for a calling team.

You can dump cdr data out the serial port to a buffer box in the Reports > Options
