STMLControl get lines returns no lines

We have integration using the STMLControl and all was working fine until an upgrade this weekend of the phone system. After the upgrade, we are able to connect but when we make the call to get available lines, no lines are returned.

Is there something on the ShoreTel configuration that needs to be turned on for a line to be recognized by the integration with the STMLControl?

The bank installed the Third Party TSP and that fixed the issue.
